Clirik Shanghai’s HGM series mills have achieved remarkable results in a calcium carbonate grinding operation in Ukraine, successfully upgrading the powder fineness to 1,250 mesh. This achievement marks another major breakthrough for Clirik in the field of ultra fine powder technology.
When the HGM series mill works, the host motor drives the spindle turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.
The large materials are crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher and then sent into the storage bin by the elevator, and then through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding pipe, the materials are evenly sent to the upper part of the turntable on the bulk disk. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials are scattered to the periphery of the circle, and fall into the roll channel of the grinding ring to be impacted, rolled and grinded by the ring rollers, and become powder through the processing of the three-layer ring channel. High-pressure fan through the suction effect of the external air into the machine, and will be crushed materials into the powder selector.
The rotating impeller in the powder selector makes the coarse material fall back to regrind, and the fine powder that meets the requirement enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged by the discharge valve in the lower part of the machine, which is the finished product, while the airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the blower and muffler.
HGM series mills are favored by the market for their excellent grinding efficiency and product quality stability. The equipment is capable of handling a wide range of non-flammable and explosive brittle materials, and the fineness of the final product can reach D97≤5μm.
The grinding rolls and rings are forged with special materials, thus the degree of utilization is greatly improved. In the case of the same fineness of materials and finished products, the service life of the wear parts is 2-5 times longer than that of the impact crusher and turbine pulverizer, generally up to more than one year, and the service life of the processing of calcium carbonate and calcite can be up to 2-5 years.
HGM series mill adopts pulse dust collector to capture the dust and muffler to reduce the noise, which is characterized by environmental protection and cleanliness. This not only reduces the impact on the environment, but also protects the health of the operators.
Market competitiveness: By adopting Clirik’s HGM series mill, Ukrainian calcium carbonate processors not only improve the market competitiveness of their products, but also provide a new way to utilize their products in a high value way. Clirik’s technical support provides a new impetus for the development of Ukrainian calcium carbonate industry.
